Hello friends. Thank you for visiting my personal blog. I’m making an attempt to write more regularly now, because it’s good for the soul and also serves as my little creative corner of the internet. Polly Plummer is a fictional character from a book called The Magician’s Nephew in the Chronicles of Narnia. The reference has been my internet handle since the late 90’s and has personal significance to me. Maybe I’ll write a post about that later. Topics here will include anything that interest me – Christian mystics, poetry, intercession, Teutonic history, wine, and the occasional geeky tech blog. There used to be a Drupal version of this blog but I recently abandoned it for WordPress for the sake of efficiency. I’ll be customizing the design as soon as I get a bit of time and a decent idea. I work as a web designer and developer with my husband for our company called Untame.net. We’ve been doing a lot of work with social networking and e-commerce lately. All of the sudden I found myself working as professional blogger at wpmu.org and I am enjoying every minute of it. Most of the tech blogs I will reserve for my daily posts over there so that this space is a little lighter. 😉 I am very blessed that I get to do something that I enjoy for my work and am a strong advocate of pursuing what you love as a lifestyle. I hope you will find something here that interests you and perhaps connect with something new. Please feel free to drop me a note anytime to say hello. 🙂
